An Easy to Implement Leadership Training and Organizational System for Pastors

I started going to church 9 months before I was born.

I led the youth group in my father’s church when I was 16.

I was in leadership at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship in college.

I worked 4 summers at a Christian youth camp.

I went on 2 mission trips at home and abroad.

I led worship in 5 churches

I was the assistant at 2 churches.

I got my master’s degree from seminary.

I planted 2 churches.

I attended dozens of seminars.

I read countless books.

And…. I still didn’t know how to properly develop leaders and organize the ministries of the church.  As a result, my churches continually struggled with leadership development.

However, after some great mentorship and trial & error, we were able to create a leadership and organizational system that stabilized our church and helped it grow.

Now, after 20 years of ministry, I’ve launched Church Training Partners.  It’s a ministry in service to the church that wants to ease the burden on pastors, help them avoid many of the mistakes that are typical to church planters, and enable established churches to create a pathway towards reorganization after years of flatlining or decline.

My book “Training Church Partners” will release soon, and in the interim, I am speaking with pastors and their leaders on our methodology.  I would love to speak to your pastors to see if I could be a help in any way.

Do you have a pastor gathering that I could speak to free of charge?  I’m local to Virginia, so I could speak in person locally or online.

Additionally, I am offering coaching packages for individual churches, masterminds for pastors, and am glad to consider any other configuration that might be of service.

If you are interested, please feel free to reply to this email or call/text me.

God bless your work.  I look forward to hearing from you.
