The Church and Post-Inauguration Social Media Response

Post-inauguration, our country, and specifically our churches, need to heal.

The division, the vitriol on all sides, and the violence have caused a deep wound for most Americans.

Thankfully, the church has the Gospel and the hope of Jesus to proclaim each week, and a daily commitment to that mission and that purpose will bring healing.

But what about online?  Your congregants are still reeling from the toxicity within social media. 

I’m sure you agree, that the solution is not entering into party posting or politics on your church social media platforms.  The solution is the church offering solid, biblical, and reformed posts to counter the garbage your people face each and every day.

Always, and forevermore, faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.

Prayerfully, from the pulpit and from our churches’ social media, your people will be strengthened by solid, biblical, and reformed content.
