For pastors, the Advent season is about giving, and giving, and giving.  Understandably, that is the nature of the job. 

But as you approach 2021, you may be tired and in need of encouragement.  Before you get too tired or even burned out, Church Training Partners encourages you to give yourself, or another pastor, the gift of coaching.

CTP offers one-on-one coaching that includes two one-hour phone/Zoom calls each month. These calls are custom designed toward each pastor’s need and are 100% confidential. Coaching also gives each pastor access to the wisdom of all of our coaches, so if there is a need or a question that your coach can’t meet or answer, he will collaborate with our team to help you in the best way possible. Our coaches have worked with hundreds of pastors in the past 20 years. Coaches are available via email throughout the month.

Our coaching programs cost $269 a month and are available in 1, 3, 6, and 12-month intervals. If you purchase the six- or 12-month options, there is a pretty good discount.
